Thanksgiving Free Phone Calls

Just when you’re waiting for an opportunity to call Auntie Iris in California for free – two come up at once.

We reported that Truphone offered new and existing customers to do just that for a whole day before Localphone contacted us to say they’d gone one …make that five … better.

Starting at 5am yesterday morning and lasting until 10am this Sunday, Localphone customers are able to call their stateside friends and relatives for nothing.

The Sheffield-based company is encouraging users to call for free from their existing landline or mobile with Localphone Direct Dial and Calling Card products.

Or alternatively from a PC, laptop, or VoIP-enabled mobile device including Smartphones, iPhones, Android, etc with a Localphone VoIP account.

Paul Cusack, Localphone CEO said “As the world’s economies start the slow march of recovery we feel it’s important that all businesses do what they can to help ease the pressure we’ve all been experiencing,”.
