Glee Cast Banned from Sex
On-set relations force guidelines for show's young actors
Rumours that squeaky clean Glee cast members were engaging in on-set fumbling has led to the publication of special guidelines to warn the smash show’s young stars.
Producer Ryan Murphy was forced to issue guidelines banning sex in cast trailers to quell any romances and prevent maverick behaviour.
He declined to name the actors who fell foul of the show’s rules on how’s your father.
“I’ve certainly dated people I’ve worked with and, you know, when you work on a set for 18 hours a day I think it’s natural,” he told Heat Magazine.
“But I have a rule: don’t do it in your trailer. They’ve broken that rule on many occasions. I’m like, ‘I know you guys are young and hormonal, but don’t do it in your trailer’. I’m the dad, that’s what I say’.”
