My DS is crying out for Phantom Hourglass sequel
Nintendo has announced the release details of three eagerly awaited games – all set to hit the stores in the run up to Christmas (only two pay days to go by the way!).
First up will be Wii Fit Plus, available from the 30th of October. The new edition promises 50% extra content. In addition to the original features there will be 15 new balance games, six fresh strength training exercises and yoga activities. There is also the option to customise and personalise an excersise plan.
Next up, and also for the Wii is the new version of Super Mario Bros., with an emphasis on multiplayer goodness. This is a 2.5D platformer where the diminutive plumber goes on a mission to save Princess Peach. Really, the next time she gets herself into bother he should just leave her in the dungeon. Some women are more trouble than they’re worth.
My DS is crying out for the sequel to The Phantom Hourglass and the next installment, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks will be pulling into the station on the 11th of December. Link will be touring around on a steam train blasting things with cannons, in a game that echoes the cartoon style of its predecessor.
